As anyone reading this message has already at least registered on this board, that's a good sign so I'll post it here instead of in the private area.

One year ago I made the "leap of faith" and bought into this forum strictly for the baccarat information and plays.

It took me a while to settle in, get organized and get SERIOUS about my baccarat play.

A year ago I was playing at the game, but not beating it. Basically I was in some sort of neutral mode of uninspired play, no profits and just drifting through the tables.

I figured I needed to change my game and this is where I wound up. I paid the full admission price at the time and jumped in.

One year later I'm in profits with my local live casino play and way up with my online account at BetPhoenix in live dealer play.

I went through probably four major system plays to get to this point, but the time and effort were worth it, at least for me. I managed to find and play three plays that fit my style and bankroll.

There is no magic bullet of baccarat or a Holy Grail. This takes work, discipline and study. If you're lacking any of those, you will lose. I have also found that the discipline to play the game according to a plan is probably the most important quality to possess! The best system play in the world will collapse if your table discipline is weak. Believe it!

Anyway, I was going to post a similar testimonial on the other few baccarat boards, but after reading them all for the last year or so, I decided that it would be a waste of time so this will be the only one.

You don't have to believe my comments here. I only post this to complete a year long journey that I started with a specific goal and I've reached it. Now I can continue to play and enjoy the game while making a tidy profit each week. I"m still learning little tricks along the way to help with the game as the crop of members in the private areas are very baccarat savvy and work as a pretty good team.

So, don't let the "administrator" badge under my name fool you. I'm only an admin of the general board actions. I paid my way in here like the rest and have not regretted it a bit.

The bottom line?

Ask yourself this question:
Is your game better in August of 2010 than it was in August of 2009?

We're pretty much mid-way between Vegas and Atlantic City, but we've got some player favorable casinos in the area. Moreover, a brand new casino (managed by Midwest Gaming) is scheduled to open in summer 2011.

Two well established casinos in the area are Horseshoe Casino in Hammond (Whiting), IN, and Harrah's Casino in Joliet, IL. Both offer baccarat, and of course, blackjack.

I CREATED MY SCORE CARD ON MY COMPUTER USING MICROSOFT WORD.

THERE ARE SIX HORRIZONTAL ROWS. (#1 TO #6). (top to bottom) (half of an 81/2 by elven sheet)


ROW #1 CARRIES THE EVENTS DELIVERED TO THE BANK SIDE.
ROW #2 CARRIES THE EVENTS DELIVERED TO THE PLAYER SIDE.

THE EVENTS ARE POSTED AS THE GAME PROCEEDS.

ACTUALLY I POST TO MY SCORE CARD BY POSTING A "DOT" IN THE BOX OF THE WINNING SIDE.

SO IF THE GAME OPENS ON BANK THERE IS A DOT IN BOX (1 BANK). If PLAYER WON FIRST THERE IS A DOT IN PLAYER BOX 1 AND i POST AN X IN BANK BOX 1.

i continue posting a dot for the Winner in the appropriate box for the Winning side.

When the winning side looses i count the dots and post the numerical number representing the total of the dots. i call this "compression". "Compression" saves space on the score card.


The BTC score card is held vertically and reads from TOP to BOTTOM through 4 double columns
SHOWING (B & P) IN each column.

BOTH card designs will show the expected 80 hands.

BTC AND I BOTH IGNORE TIES. Mathematically Baccarat TIE is the worst odds bet of any game.

When BTC POSTS games they also compress the single events into a TOTAL NUMBER.

When BTC game posting is at the bottom of a given column and the side continues to win the BTC card is posted to the top of the card to the winning side. (IE: say Player has won three consecutive hands and the entry space AT THE BOTTOM is filled BY hands entered, the player side at the top will carry and additional winning hands. soooo, lets say player won five hands----three hands will be posted at the bottom of the card and two hands will post at the top, making five in total.

Because my card will contain all dots in the appropriate player box the numeral 5 will apper as a single entery.

My design suits me because i want to rapidly see when the shoe delivers a run of three or more hands.

Since this IS a real fifty fifty odds game with each side having and equal chance of winning:

Winning only "once" to me is NEGATIVE (- minus).
Winning "more" than once is POSITIVE (+ plus).

These events to me take on a meaning of objects. The minus is negative object. The plus is a positive object. (the size of the plus is ignored). A 2 WIN has the same meaning as 5 or 7 or 10 etc.

sooooo, is the shoe positve or negative?? they should be equal---will the shoe correct????
